Issue smart forms for entry permits and residency

UAE Ministry of Interior announces issuing of entry permits and residency smart forms that can be filled via the internet with the convenience of electronic fee payment. This is a part of the first phase of the Integrated eServices project for the General Department of Naturalization and Residency in cooperation with DATEL.

Under the guidelines of UAE leadership the ministry is ensuring the implementation of the project in three phases as per schedule. This will lead to progress in the process of electronically completing transactions and lead to providing the following integrated services:

      -  Electronically filing entry permits & residency forms and paying the fees.
-  Electronically submitting entry permits & residency forms.
-  Receiving notices via SMS and e-mails.
-  Customer Service Centers 24/7 for following up customers' transactions and answering customers' inquiries.
- Speeding up travel process by using modern passport readers in all the country's entrances.
- Using touch screens located at different centers within UAE for inquiring about the transactions and printing visas.

The Integrated eServices project will help in completing the transactions safely,  quickly and will saving customers money, time and effort enhancing the image of the UAE.
